"Pool at "waterpark" area cost $100 for any decent seating??? Freaking lawn care performed at 7:30 am monday - thursday and management couldn't care less! Restaurant is a complete joke and waste of time as well as waste of money!!!"

"Staff members are awesome, but no one told me anything about the shuttle or amenities. Using our microwave set off the smoke detector and the bldg is OLD and needs to be updated. Tub had slimy pink soap scum or mold in the bottom near the drain and the room smelled musty. Great price and location, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Beautiful property with direct views of Clearwater Beach which is just across the street. Watched dolphins from our hotel balcony. Excellent for kids with several activities scheduled throughout the day for school aged kids to attend (held in the pool area). Pool was warm, hot tub is large and the hotel is within walking distance to food/shopping. 10-15 minute walk up the beach or up the street on the opposite side of the hotel to places like Frenchy's Rockaway and Crabby's. Watched the sunset into the ocean from Crabby's one night while listening to live music and enjoying dinner. 1 minute walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the pier. Food served at the pool bar is more reasonable than I expected for this location. Pricing was comparable to local restaurants so I didn't feel like I was being gouged by resort prices. Didn't dine at the nicer restaurant on site. Would definitely return! "

"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."
