「My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charming, Cozy Cottage! Perfect location can walk to lots of shops/museums/casinos! Could not ask for a better location! Kathy and Jim are fantastic hosts! Great communication and the cottage had everything we needed! The patio was wonderful too! We will definitely return to Cozy Cottage! Highly recommend!」

He was very kind and helpful even when we had an incident at the lake that caused us to lose the key, he was very understanding and able to come let us in when we got back.
