「The view from the property was great! The property was clean and looked as it was presented. However, the shower was horrible - the undersized on-demand water heater barely made the water beyond warm, and that was with EXTREMELT WEAK water pressure. 」

「The cute little cottage was great. It was clean and pet friendly the doggy door and fenced in yard were a plus. Saw lots of birds and squirrels from the back porch. Had good amenities the cabinets were stocked with daily essentials. Check in was smooth along with check out. Would stay again. 」

「Easy check in. Nice cozy home right by the river. Even left a golf cart for use when staying!」

「The experience exceeded expectations. I wanted a quiet place with room to let the dog run. This spot, down in the valley and up the holler, fulfilled that desire. 」

「Room was fine but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational during our stay. They were nice enough to discount our stay due to the hot tub being out. 」

「Loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse Cottage! It was everything we had hoped for. Shelley was very helpful when we needed guidance. A couple of suggestions for consideration: a small stand in the bathroom for toiletries and a softer mattress on the bed. We would definitely recommend this property though!」
