On our arrival we was greeted by very friendly staff and was shown to our room .our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed .the view from our window was superb looking out to the sea .very comfortable and cosy ,the breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from. "Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! "

"The property is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean in a killer location. It might be noisy and congested in the high season, but on a sunny weekend in April it was perfect. If you are a fan of Doc Martin you will love it. You walk out the front door and straight into the "Crab & Lobster" which is actualy The Golden Lion. Its just yards away from the Michellin Stared Outlaws Fish Kichen. Book well in advance (months) if you want to guarantee a table in the high season, but its worth it. The managing agent was really helpful when we had a small issue with the key safe. The property has a parking space which are at a premium in Port Isaac. A word of warning: the space is on the edge of town about 1/4 mile away, and it is a strenuous walk up a very steep hill. If you are fit and healthy its no problem. If you have mobility issues it might be. "
