"Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes.
Very cosy cottage with wood burner.
A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off.
Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard.

"Super schöne, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen in toller, ruhiger Lage in Port Isaac mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Spaziergänge an der Küste sind von der Haustür aus möglich. Hinweis: Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen über einen externen Anbieter hinzu gebucht oder selbst mitgebracht werden. Das haben wir leider sehr kurzfristig erfahren. "

"The small home was a very comfortable base for the coastal path. The town of Port Isaac is just a walk downhill. The market is practically around the corner."

"Very difficult to drive out of on a tiny narrow road, quite nerve racking as you can have a head on crash if your not careful! The cottage itself was nice but there was a lot of mould in the bathroom, spiders and spider webs in every corner, mould near the window in the master bedroom and the dryer didn’t work because half way through the cycle it came up with “call the technician error code” which was very disappointing as we had lots and lots of washing to do and couldn’t dry it. "Set in a beautiful location right by a pretty little beach. This hotel is hard to beat. Wonderful friendly staff who were all so helpful. Special thanks to Luke for taking extra care over my dietary requirements due to being coeliac and to Jack the manger for your kindness. Extra bonus points for selling Bath Gem gluten free beer! We absolutely loved our stay and we couldnt recommend this hotel highly enough. We cant wait to visit again. Thank you."

"The property is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean in a killer location. It might be noisy and congested in the high season, but on a sunny weekend in April it was perfect.
If you are a fan of Doc Martin you will love it. You walk out the front door and straight into the "Crab & Lobster" which is actualy The Golden Lion.
Its just yards away from the Michellin Stared Outlaws Fish Kichen. Book well in advance (months) if you want to guarantee a table in the high season, but its worth it.
The managing agent was really helpful when we had a small issue with the key safe.
The property has a parking space which are at a premium in Port Isaac.
A word of warning: the space is on the edge of town about 1/4 mile away, and it is a strenuous walk up a very steep hill. If you are fit and healthy its no problem. If you have mobility issues it might be.
