「Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond...

「The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.」

There were white spots on the living room curtains, the living room smelled like feet and I saw a bug crawling on the floor. Upstairs the same thing with the floor, quite frankly nothing felt clean. 「This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. 」

「The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. We had no trouble parking it right in front of the house. The Check process is tedious but manageable. Asking you to contact them within 24...
