"I think the location was phenomenal as well as the staff and the amenities. I have no complaints other than my granddaughter left her air pods in her room and we called the next day to report the item being lost. The air pods are now moving around Denver being used by someone who cleaned the room and that is a little disappointing but I would stay there again."

"The staff are fantastic. We arrived hours before check in, but Marisol was terrific. She offered to pre-check us in and store our luggage if we wanted to go out. She said she would call when our room was ready, which she did as promised. When we arrived back, she took the time to review our VIP perks, inform us of the complimentary coffee in the morning and cookies and milk at night, which if you stay there, definitely take advantage of both. The room was clean, except for the bedside bench could use a once over with a steamer, and the oddly stained cushion could be replaced. Overall we would stay again."

"It was one of the bed hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location with lots of food and drink options inside the station. Easy neighborhood to wander as well. "

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."

"Great staff! Shout out to Oscar at there front desk and Emily at the restaurant/bar. Great walkable location if you are going to a baseball game or using the train at Union Station to get to and from the airport."
