「This my second time staying at this place and when I thought things would have been better after the first time, It became worst. When I arrived the reception was closed from after 4pm or 5pm. my flight landed 7:40pm. The entrance gate was closed I had to open it on my own. I had to call out for someone to come and attend to me and give me a key to which ever room I was assigned to.
