BEACHFRONT COMPLEX-1st FLOOR & FULLY RENOVATED!

SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys for the children at no extra charge. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!
This property is registered with the City of SPI permit no. 2015-969121. *We have 2 exterior cameras, one overlooking the front door and one at the patio door which records video and audio.

Beautiful place to stay!

We love staying at the Tiki but this particular unit is amazing! Such attention to detail on everything. If you want a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in SPI, you need to give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Best Stay on SPI!

The ratings don't lie! We absolutely loved this unit. Stayed was with my husband and little dog and it was so great, I didn't want to leave! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but still near things that are walkable and things were easy to get to. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. Place is very clean, noise wasn't bad at all except for fireworks on the weekend from Clayton's, the unit had everything we needed to cook. Would def recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our South Padre weekend at Irma’s condo. It was clean, with beautiful finishes and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be planning another trip here!

Tiki Condo rental

We always love staying at The Tiki. Very close by the ocean, clean property. Our condo was very cute, nicely kept. Owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back again.

Sweet & cozy spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days/nights at this sweet little chalet! Perfect for the 2 of us! We liked that it was further north on the island away from some of the commercial traffic. It was close to the beach & really within short driving distance to most anything we wanted. If we needed help with anything, it was readily available. Very comfortable, very homey, nicely decorated & very clean! Highly recommend!

Perfect location near the beach!

The property was in pristine condition! All amenities one would need! The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The grounds were very well kept and felt like a resort with all of the lush vegetation. I would stay here again and again.

Cute little ole’ beach condo

Enjoyed staying here..the condo was perfect for just me and my husband. The decor was very cute and you can tell pride of ownership as there were many upgrades..it was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great Condo

This condo is great. It's clean and very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The Tiki is a great place to stay with two very nice pools and great beach access. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice one bedroom unit. The owner is great and responds very quickly. The description of this property on the VRBO website is accurate and the unit looks just like the pictures.

Very Relaxing Vacay

Our Condo was great and just the right size for us. The bed was so comfy you didn't want to get up. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking meals. The location was great. The walk to the beach wasn't to bad, our dog loved walking to the beach on his morning walk. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was it rained everyday!!!!

Lovely condo

We absolutely enjoyed staying there. The place was clean and I loved the feeling, the decorations. We were very comfortable. The majority of the time we spent outside, enjoying the beach, eating out, shopping. The walk from the condo to the beach isn't far at all. We'll come back for sure! Irma was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The check in and check out process was easy. I recommend this place.

Exceeded our expectations

The owner's thoughtfully provided everything needed for the stay. Truly felt like home away from home. The condo location on the property was perfect for us, a bit more secluded. Ground floor at back, facing mature lush tropical vegetation, where we watched humming birds from the gated patio. Perfect for corralling small pets or kids. Lovely decor too! We hope to visit again next spring.

The property was just as advertised - lovely, clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The problem was tar on the beach so we left on the 4th day of our 7 day stay.

Cozy Getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this cozy little condo. It was perfect for the two of us and we definitely enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. We really enjoyed all the beach accessories. We have never been at a condo where they supply all the beach stuff. we really enjoyed that. We will definitely come back to this place again. It was a wonderful place. Excellent hosts.

Quiet and beautifully renovated unit

We’ve been staying at the Tiki for many years, and this unit is by far the best! Beautifully renovated and a little bit of privacy too! This unit is situated on the hotel side of the complex, so there were beautiful palm trees, oleanders and a grassy yard area as our view. We will definitely be back next year - and hope this unit is still available to rent!

We had an exceptional stay at the tiki. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spotless and had a cozy atmosphere, complemented by tasteful decor. The pool was conveniently just outside our door, and the beach was a short walk away. Additionally, having two excellent restaurants nearby was a significant advantage. Enjoyed live music and refreshing cocktails, and delightful brunch in the mornings. I took several business cards because friends in San Antonio often asked for recommendations. This place is highly recommended and we plan to return❤️ Thank You Irma.

A heavenly stay - perfect for a 2-week getaway!

We felt like we were at home, only steps away from the beach! The unit had everything we needed, and so comfortable... The giant fan in the bedroom was a home run - never woke up warm once! We had our own beach gear, but Irma also provided a beach wagon and umbrella as well. The patio area was private and had a lovely breeze - we spent every morning relaxing there. We rarely even heard anyone else around us! We absolutely loved our stay, and want to thank Irma for our best vacation ever - we'll be back!!
