A convenient, centralized location puts you within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, and onsite amenities including a pool and hot tub may keep you close to home. Start the day with coffee on your Gulf-front balcony, appreciating the sea breeze and watching the seagulls on the shore. When you get hungry, your well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for breakfast prep. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup and head down to the beach. In the evening, enjoy relaxing in the central AC while you stream the latest release, or slip back downstairs to soak in the hot tub before calling it a night on your first perfect beach day, with another to come tomorrow.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
