"I arrived late and had a parking garage saved for me. The staff is so kind and the property is clean."

"We always stay at Best Westerns and generally have a decent stay. We’ve never stayed at this particular location, but I decided to plan a last minute trip to spend the night near the beach over spring break. We weren’t looking for fancy, just a clean space and a decent continental breakfast that was fairly cheap. I’ll start by saying the breakfast was fine and that space was very clean. No issues with that. The lobby was also clean and the grounds were generally well-kept. Employees were friendly. With that said, the man at the front counter was wearing a Superman t-shirt, which immediately gave off unprofessional vibes. The hotel room was not clean. I should’ve complained, but we were just there briefly and I didn’t want to bother with it. Right when we walked in the room reeked of an awful smell…like hand sanitizer gone bad? It was terrible. Not a clean smell, but the smell of something used to clean? Off the bat, I saw rings from previous guests drinks on the counter. Ok, so obviously they didn’t wipe that down. I then found an empty beer can next to the bed. Alright, so I guess they didn’t vacuum either. There was pink mold on the shower walls and only three towels, despite booking for four guests. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Love that this hotel is dog-friendly, just wish pets were also allowed around the property- at the restaurants and pool. Otherwise it is a great hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely be back! "

"Nice location however they had construction going on at the hotel doing Roofing. The room they put us in had a nice view of the scaffolding. They did not tell us there was construction going on and when we brought it to their attention, they said they sent out a mess email which never came to us. Other than that, it’s a nice property."

"Great area in South Oceanside. Tons to do within walking distance. The hotel was adorable and the room was perfect. Super easy to get in and out as parking was directly in front of the room. We loved this hotel and will definitely be back."

"We stayed for only one night. TV wouldn’t turn off without unplugging it so may need some attention. Place was clean overall except the floors had not been mopped in a while. We got the room with the kitchenette. It was a good price for the amenities. "

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The lobby has a spa like vibe, rooms are large, breakfast is light but has a concierge quality. Beds are comfortable, the pool again has a concierge like quality, and the amenities are wonderful. This far exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay again."
