This is not a 4 star hotel. Hotels.com are wrong. This is a 2 star hotel.
I have stayed in better 2 star hotels but the location is great, it is safe, clean and staff are helpful. What it really needs is investment as it is tired. Broken window blinds and shower tiles need fixing. Given the outside noise some proper double glazing or triple glazing would help given the various work outside through the night.
Also do not believe the concierge’s ideas on how long it takes to get to the airport (google shows the facts) or that the LIRR service is broken every Friday so you must use the hotel car. 🙄 💵💵

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

Property was clean. It was very modern. The rooms were a bit dark for my taste. Room service was bad. I called for body wash. Never got it. Location was great.

"Staff was helpful, property in in great shape. BUT beware, the pet fee has been raised to $75!. I feel this is excessive, i would agree to a deposit and if damage was done, the guest would be charged. Our dog has never damaged any property and is not left in the room alone.
