気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The front desk had to check if the hot tub room we booked was cleaned... It wasn't and we were the ones to find out (the toilet had visible poop all around it, inside and out). The other room at the same price point was not available, so they at least upgraded us to the jacuzzi room for free. When we moved to it, we smelled two different very bad smells all along the 3rd floor hallway that was so bad my wife almost puked and I didn't like it (my sense of smell isn't very good, so that's saying something). The room had no such smell or we'd have left and found another hotel, even if we couldn't get a refund. The jacuzzi would have given them the 2nd star, but only one jet had any sort of power (one of the two that hit the back) and the rest just moved water around without any power.
The breakfast was basically what we expected... Juice station, make your own pancake stations (one regular, one 4 mini), special of the day (I assume. It was biscuits and gravy when we went... They were good, but nothing to write home about), two different cold cereals, milk, three different yogurt flavors, chocolate chip cookies (that seem to be available 24/7), and multiple muffins (the chocolate chip chocolate muffin was fine too). Otherwise everything was as we expected.
