"I was traveling in late (arriving 2/3am). I called and asked if it would be an issue before booking and they just asked for my name so they could expect me. I made the booking based on how kind and accomodating they were for the arrival time, but when i arrived it was even better. The staff were amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location downtown was also convenient and beautiful. I would have liked an extra day to enjoy their facilities and explore. "
