「Excellent stay!」

「The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the meeting room we rented on the 4th floor was excessively cold, with no in-room temperature controls available. Although we requested an adjustment twice, and two different staff promised to send someone over, no action was taken during the three-hour meeting.」

「Heating in the room was poor. We asked for extra blanket and were told they dont have any. For dinner I ordered roasted vegetables but got spaghetti with marinated artichokes and pieces of raw tomato. I accidentally left my ear buds behind in the room and the amount of phone calls and arguments to get them back was insane. The place is run by inexperienced 18 year olds」

「Friendly staff, clean room. Nice mountain views. Appreciated the croissants for breakfast. Restaurant very disappointing. Focaccia had packet parmesan sprinkled on top, Ragu tasted like tin food and spicy sausage was nice.... But just 1 banger for $29.」

「This motel has been flawlessly updated with great attention to detail. The rooms were comfortable and clean and recently refurbished to a high standard. We walked down to the beach for coffee and dinner easily. Can't wait to return xxx」

「Check in was all done for us before we got there. Just needed to pickup the keys from the safe. Room was nice and large. Had a kitchen, parked in our own carport. Beds were comfortable.」

「通常の客室とことなり貸し別荘のようなタイプ。本来はキッチンもついていてゆっくり楽しめるはずだったが、ついたとたんに酔っ払いの隣人に付きまとわれ恐怖を感じた。部屋に電話もなく携帯の電波もこなかったために大変な思いをした。 スタッフが来てくれなんとかなったがもう行く気がしない 」

「プールが子供にとっては深いが、気軽に利用できて便利。すぐ前がゴルフ場なのでゴルフもやりやすかった。海の眺めもよい。」
