"Absolutely superb! Stayed at the Mizpah on a trip to Carson City from SoCal and loved every minute of it. Highly recommended and certainly one of the highlights of my trip that weekend."

"The hotel is lovely. Bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like having to go across the street to check in. We got our keys, walked back across the street to our hotel only to find that neither one of our keys worked. While walking back to get new keys the gal from registration was coming over to our hotel because another party had let her know their keys didn’t work either. She was able to reset them and we had no more problems with keys. They have Lavazza coffee makers in the rooms. We followed the directions, tried 3 times but couldn’t get it to make a cup of coffee. Thankfully the adorable coffee cafe downstairs was open and I got one of the best lattes ever! I mentioned my trouble with the coffee machine in our room and the barista said lots of people have trouble with them. Hope they replace them with Keurig or similar. Will definitely stay here again."

"Very nice and friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast area. The breakfast menu was good, especially the cinnamon rolls. Coffee machines were a nice addition. The hotel and our room were very clean in well maintained. The King bed was very comfortable. Surprised by the lack of art amenities on the walls, but it really fit the whole hotel concept."

"Really neat one night stay. Room was clean, breakfast was nice. Jennifer the owner was super nice too. FYI.. it's not the Hilton.. it's kinda like your cousin's trailer in the woods. There's no food around, except for breakfast, so be prepared. I stayed in the normal room, but would recommend one of the upgraded ones."

"Great place to stay if visiting Great Basin NP. The hot tub was great watching the night sky since it’s a dark sky location. Definitely would stay here again."
