「I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. 「The apartment was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The smaller bed has a hard mattress, the larger bed has a softer mattress. I’m sharing because these are things I like to know as I’m looking to book a property. We had a great time at the lake & would stay here again!」

「Overall our stay was great. The apartment is very cool and unique and is in a great location for exploring Cave City and Mammoth Cave National Park although there really is nothing to do in Horse Cave. The apartment was clean and offered many conveniences like a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the AC and TV worked well. The only reasons I could not give it a 5 were the entry door and shower. The door is very old and does not offer much security. One kick would easily open it. ...

The bed was so comfortable that I checked the mattress brand, ha! And the little personalizations like the welcome note, detailed history, and information about local attractions were the icing on the cake. A special gem for sure!」
