「No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「Great place to stay! Very clean and roomy. The stairs for apt. 3 are very steep and we couldn't bring our cooler up but no big deal at all. Really loved the soaps and personal touches. 」

「We had a nice stay in this property. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms that was perfect for my family of 6. It was also very clean and had a nice view to enjoy in the mornings. The location is great, it's in the mountains but a very short drive to colorado/manitou springs. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place to stay for a larger group that requires multiple bedrooms.」

「Wonderful place to stay. Looks just like pictures on line. Close to town and white water rafting.Owner was easy to get in touch with answered any questions you may have. Even bought a blower dryer as soon as I asked for one :-) . Very clean place with washer and dryer which is helpful when traveling. Highly recommend.」

"客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。"
