サウス セントラル コロラドのアパートスタイルホテル

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to...

「Overall the stay was very nice and helpful in our time of need. The area does get a little sketchy at night but it is not a huge issue! Since we did stay for a longer amount of time, Layla reached out and left us extra items such as paper products. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was cozy.」

「Great location and perfect place to stay to easily access attractions in the area. Tyler is very responsive and helpful when you have a questions. We will stay here again.」

「Very happy with the place. Great location: halfway between CO Springs & Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak.Suggestions: anti-slip mats in bath tubs,Sand down sharp edges on thresholds (hurt my feet!)Add lighting over sink area. Get sofas that aren’t like 4 individual chairs, consider pull out beds to sleep more people. I wanted to lay down on the sofa to watch TV and couldn’t due to arm rests/cup holders built into sofas.」

「Overall it was good」
