Booked on the Hotels.com app. Upon arrival to check in desk, actual Infiniti Blue staff was unaware of booking. Contacted number on booking, and person told me that the unit was unavailable and shouldn’t have been able to book. I was forced to book another room on the spot with the real infinity blue staff. A week later and they and they have not refunded my funds, or even processed a refund to get a notification from Hotels.com
