「Hello,
I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised when I made the reservation.
There were several major issues during our stay:
* Fresh food was not available. Many menu items were unavailable, and we were told they could only serve whatever food they had left.
* Loud music continued until around 1:00 AM, which made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or properly enjoy our stay.
