"We made this hotel our home base while exploring the amalfi coast. It is right across the Salerno train station which made it very convenient. The location of the hotel is also excellent -- 5 min walk to the ferries. 30 second walk to the downtown stretch of restaurants. Hotel is outdated but that's the charm. The elevator is small so you might need to take multiple trips with luggage. Room was good, no issues. Breakfast in the morning was really great and worth the time to enjoy before spending the day on the coast. Staff was very helpful with directions, recommendations, and checking in/out."

Near the Salerno Marina if you booked a boat tour of the coast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing dinner at Il Golfo situated in the hotel. Michelin quality food! Highly recommend this hotel."
