"Condition of the building was great"

"I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's generally good. They have now installed a self check-in kiosk. A voice over a speaker helped me check-in. I personally don't prefer this method. It's very convenient and I probably would stay there again if ever in Suwon. "

"The atmosphere is great, and the host is humble and kind. I would love to stay there again!"

"We would like to mention that the receptionist Nam was so welcoming, helpful and charming and this made our stay such a memorable experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable so thanks to the delightful cleaning staff as well. A great place to stay !"
