"Nice hospitality and friendly communication. But communication with room service team and front desk was not satisfactory. Several messages were dismissed. Nice clean room and restaurant with pool and gym. Nearby, shopping mall with walking distance. Convenient access from Airport."

"元々近所に住んていたことがあり、このホテルの立地の良さは知っていた。モールが歩いてすぐなので買い物や食事、スーパーへの買い出しにはとても便利。ホテルのベルマンが出迎えてくれるがすぐに顔を覚えてくれてホテルに戻ってくると笑顔で挨拶してくれてドアをスッと開け出迎えてくれるホスピタリティー抜群のホテル。唯一、部屋が狭いこと、景色は広い道路側か、中層階まではホテルの後ろ側のレジデンシャルの棟と隣接した側になるのでカーテンを全開に開けられない。隣の音が漏れやすいようだが、うるさい場合はフロントに言えばすぐに対応してくれる。ホスピタリティに溢れている高級感のあるホテルです。週末はパーティーが多いようなので、早く寝たい方は遅めの時間までホテル内が活気があるのでご注意を。"

"施設自体はクラッシック。エレベーターなどは懐かしさを 感じます。全体に無機質な空間施設。部屋の環境は清潔でサービスメンテナンスも良好でした。周りには飲食する施設もないので街ぶらは楽しめません。"

"The peace of mind from having staff at the front desk 24/7 was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast, which included yogurt, coffee, tea, and bread, was more than sufficient and very helpful. My room was cleaned daily during my stay, and the housekeeping was incredibly thorough, leaving everything spotless. It was clear that the cleaning staff were true professionals. The area also felt very safe, with a large shopping facility right in front of the hotel in a clean and secure neighborhood. It was convenient to be able to walk and buy anything I needed. The room was compact but had a large TV with plenty of channels, ample storage, and a spacious desk, making my stay very comfortable. A few areas for improvement: the hairdryer was broken and not very clean, and the WiFi was weak. I hope these issues are addressed before my next visit. Overall, I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Culver City!"
