Awesome hotel in Coorg.

This hotel is a slice of paradise in the coorg mountains. I came here with my wife and 2 kids and they enjoyed every bit of it. It is a great place to relax and offers an amazing kids play area. Their spa service and price is very hard to beat. great place to getaway and just unwind.

Excellent stay - would rate 5 star. Staff very friendly. Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort.

The property is quite new and has been reasonably well-maintained. Routine cleanliness to be improved of the rooms, pool, etc. Food was terrible, to say the least. Reported the same to management. The stay was comfortable otherwise. Spa was the saving grace.

Property is located close to madikeri and good property with tasty food. But no views at all.....just trees.....not even a good sun rise or sun set from the rooms. Not even mountains or valley..... literally you are only seeing trees. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the special attention given to our preferences, including the excellent food and comfortable accommodations. Great property with all its amenities. The staff were super helpful all round from check in, to the restaurant and even our super unusual request (handling our son's small bike to transfer to another resort) at the end that was fulfilled with a smile! Cons: alacarte dining can take a loooooongg time when they are also preping their buffet. If you are in a hurry you may be better dining enroute to your destination. You will need your transport to get around easily as its set quite far and deep into the hills
