The house is on one level and in a quiet location 500 m from the village center of Noiseux, a village near the Ourthe. The bungalow is furnished with a lounge (Proximus TV, DVD), an open kitchen (electric hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with bath and toilet, 3 bedrooms, one with sink and box spring. View of a large and beautifully landscaped garden. For the little ones: The playground is shared with the other residences of rue Thier Antoine. Central heating. Beds: 6 x 1 pers. (box spring). Pets allowed. FREE WIFI

Das Häuschen selbst ist eine gute Basis, benötigt aber noch einige Aufmerksamkeit in Bezug auf die Wartung. Erstens war die Bar schlecht gereinigt (Kinderhemd zwischen 2 Betten, Medikamente in einem Nachttisch, abgenutzte Socken über den Rauchmeldern, kaputte Ofenlampe, Kühlschrank das lässt alles auf niedrigster Stufe eiskalt, Bad ohne Duschvorhang und keine Möglichkeit den Sprinkler aufzuhängen) Also Gesamteindruck: 3 Wochen Einnahmen aus der Hütte aufwenden, um einige Dinge zu warten, aufzurüsten und zu reinigen.
