"Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Only a quick stay, but room was very clean, staff very helpful."

"Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool)."

"The location, staff, food, parking and facilities were all great. The only downside was a noise from the pipes when the toilet was flushed, which was a little unsettling in the middle of the night."

"Good location, friendly staff and nice accommodation"

"Easy to park, and access to shopping centre and restaurants! Prime location"

"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"Great location for an overnight stay. Close to the shops & train station."

"The staff were so friendly, location was great and rooms were incredible. "

"Great location, great spot to stay"

"Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality"

"Good"

"It was very well setup with all the facilities available"
