"The woman at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and lovely. The room itself was the wheelchair accessible room and had a few issues. Shower curtain didn't go to the floor and the grout in the tiles is missing so a lot of the floor tiles shift and water comes in from shower. Sink didn't drain properly. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes but was comfortable."
