The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again.

The laundry service is very expensive, the building is on centralized air and in winter won’t allow you to go below 23*C so the room got quite warm, and the bellhops did not offer any help with the luggage on check ...
