The staff was friendly and helpful and the area was good. I don’t know that I’d stay again though. The room wasn’t very clean, there was trash on the nightstand, stains on the walls and carpets and the bathroom smelled like smoke.

Stay away...

The hotel was not there. It has changed location or has shut down its business from August, as i was told from the new hotel's owner("sofia palace" i think). And nobody answered when i called to find out what had happened. So i walked over 2 km to find another hotel. I am still waiting my money from hotels.com. Stay away from any bon bon...

One room smelt of sick and had a hole in the wall under the radiator; the other room had toenail clippings left by the bed and no AC. Very noisy during the night. However, staff on desk generally helpful and friendly.

Accueil correct mais sans plus. Hôtel neutre et sans charme. Nous avions pris pdj inclus qui se prenait dans le restaurant voisin. Ce que l'on avait oublié de nous dire c'est que cela s'arrêtait à 10h Nous sommes descendus à 10h02 et nous avons reçu de la part du restaurant un non sans fioriture et sans politesse. Great location, quiet, clean, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast! The only problem - the room was extremelly hot during day time because central air conditioning wasn't working at that time of the year (October).
