The property is well-suited for short stays; however, I suggest aligning the check-in time with standard industry practices by shifting it from 2:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Check in was seamless and quick. Staff at the desk were pleasant to deal with. Our room was ready at 12 and was able to check in. The room was lovely. Clean with all the amenities. Location was ideal. Close to the city centre. The only thing that brought my rating of this hotel down was the breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed for the amount of guests . We needed to constantly request for things that had run out at the buffet.variety of food was very simple. Not worth the cost.

Room was clean, staff so helpful, breakfast so stunning..my balcony was the biggest balcony I ever had. But because I am muslim I can’t take complimentary wine, so maybe you can offer me others option.

Pros: large clean room, nice lobby and breakfast area, sizeable bathroom and storage space, good selection of minibar and room service. Cons: no extractor or window in bathroom, shower not that strong. Glass wall and door leading to shared walkway can be unnerving if you are a solo traveller. Thin walls and doors meant it was very noisy - could hear neighbours using bathroom, waiting for lifts and outside in shared spaces. Staff were friendly - they came to fix the TV, and provided oat milk for the mini fridge. For the price expected a little more 'luxury' but hotel is in a good location and perhaps other floors away from lift banks would be a bit quieter.
