N Westridge 13 Alpine Dreams - FIVE BEDROOM, FOUR BATHROOMS: Master Suite King, BR#2 Queen and Twin bed, BR#3 Queen, BR#4 Queen, BR#5 Queen,2 sets of Bunks. This single-family retreat sleeps 15+ comfortably and welcomes Pets. ( limited to two , medium-sized, house-broken dogs)
Experience Mountain Luxury at Alpine Dreams, this meticulously appointed residence is equipped with an array of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the soothing 6-person hot tub, the luxurious soaker tub, the walk-in marble shower, granite countertops to the stainless steel appliances you will certainly agree that every detail has been carefully curated to enhance your experience. Guests can gather around the fireplace or firepit for a cozy evening, grill up a feast on the gas grill, or unwind on the balcony or porch while taking in the breathtaking views.

PET FRIENDLY 4-Wheel Drive is Highly Recommended for Winter Reservations

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages
caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Could be great, but fell below expectations. Very overpriced for the frat house condition.

We have been coming to Snowshoe for 6 years and have stayed in multiple houses. We are three families with 14 people. We were super excited about this house because it has a hot tub, which was the highlight of the place. Now for the rest. Part of the description in the listing "from the granite countertops to the stainless steel appliances you will certainly agree that every detail has been carefully curated to enhance your experience" What we got was significantly different. I get 1500 characters, here are the main issues. 1.Microwave hanging out over stove and did not work. Had a huge built in style one sitting on the counter to substitute. 2.Master bedroom door was an inch to small, would not close or lock. Had to keep closed with travel bag3. Dishwasher was not attached, would fall out if the door was not held. Screws hanging out4.Door knob to upper deck was broke, door could not be opened. Reported, never fixed5.Carpet in room leading to lower deck cut short, sub floor exposed6.Several doors not square, very hard to open or close7.Light over chess table was broken and duct taped together 8.Cabinets over refrigerator held closed with a rubber band9.Ceiling fan/light would come on randomly at night in the downstairs bedroom10.Stove burner drip pans not correct sizeOverall, the pictures are not an accurate representation of the current poor condition of the property, and in our opinion it's over priced. Would not recommend at this time based on its condition.

Friendsgiving

We enjoyed our stay! Firewood was already stocked (did call ahead of time to confirm) and was good quality. Property mgmt responded within a couple hours about broken towel bar and insufficient cookware. New products and repairs brought on Thanksgiving Day by friendly staff. Good spaces for 2 families of five to enjoy football, food and cooking. Based on location of house, there's not a lot of space to walk a dog so you have to go up to the road (no shoulder) nor a place to go outside a throw a football. Very close to Snowshoe village but not really walkable to get there. Thank you!
