This is one of the only 6 `St. Moritz` units in the building with a wood-burning fireplace. This unit is beautifully remodeled and has 230 square feet more than the other 2BR units in this building. The kitchen is well-appointed with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, etc. so you can prepare your own meals. The kitchen table seats six. The building’s free wi-fi is accessible in this unit. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, 25” cable TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has its own private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and 19” cable TV. New for 2024, each bedroom has brand new king mattresses by Nectar. There is a 2nd full bathroom off of the hallway. The sofa in the living room has a pull-out bed, and there is a large screen TV. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located by the elevators.
