10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were nice and had character and charm. The mini bar was unnecessary and expensive. Bottled water (usually provided by other hotels) were $5 each so we used the tap instead. Parking (valet only) is $45 a day. There is no overnight parking in the town of Breckenridge except for the ice rink lot ($40 a night on the weekends). The restaurant at Gravityhaus is excellent. We didn’t use the gym or hot tub but they looked good."

"This is a great resort with room for everyone due to the many amenities, it’s very well kept up and every where we went it was very clean, daily housekeeping was a surprise, so it was nice if you need more coffee, towels air was available. The shuttle is great to take you pretty much any place you might want to go around the lodge."

"We had a lovely stay. The condo is walking distance to town but there are free shuttles that come ti the area. We saw a moose 15 feet outside our door snacking on the aspen tree leaves. The furniture is very comfortable but the leather on the ottoman in front of the chair is a bit weathered but was still super comfortable. Hot tub was nice after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again."

"The place is very nice and in a good location. For the price, the room should be cleaned every day, not every other day. Even on one of the cleaning days, we got no new tissue, so we had to go get that ourselves when we ran out. The breakfast is not good at all. On my first and only day trying it, I started with a bite of what turned out to be ice-cold powdered eggs. The coffee is good though. Guests are supposed to get $20 credit each night for items purchased from the market or drinks at the bar. One of our nights' credit was omitted, so I'm still waiting for that to be resolved. If you like dogs, lots of guests bring very nice friendly ones."

"What’s the most important factor in real estate? Location, location, location. And that’s what we loved the most about this Condo. It’s just a short walk up 4 o’clock Rd from the center of Breckenridge. It’s close to all the best restaurants, shops, and the gondola ride to the top of the mountain. The unit itself is very efficiently laid out. You have everything you need, including the coffee maker, and toaster oven. The owners/managers are very responsive to any questions or concerns. The CITY market store is only half a mile away. And there are many more options going north in Frisco. For those that are hiking enthusiasts the Quandary Peak, McCullough Gulch, Blue Lakes Trail, and Hoosier pass trails are just about 15 minutes south of town, off Highway 9. There are also wonderful trails on the north side, including the one leading up to Sapphire Point, off of Swan Mountain Road. However, keep in mind that the southern entrance to Swan Mountain Road is closed due to construction, so you have to approach it from the north."
