The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

The service was very inconsistent as far as staff friendliness and offering assistance. The buffet was not good but the coffee shop made up for the lack there of. The restaurants were good but they didn’t accept anyone 1hr before closing so why bother state they stay open until 9:30pm? The bars closed early and again very inconsistent with friendliness. Overall a 5/10 rating for me.
