This multi-story home is located in Seaside Village, a quiet community with an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck at its heart. Stroll a quarter-mile across Island Drive to reach the beach, and spend golden hour watching the sunset from the pier on the lagoon. This is also a great location for exploring the coast, with Surf City (two miles) in one direction and North Topsail Beach (five miles) in the other.
After a beautiful day of swimming and surfing, come home to relax and unwind outside on the covered deck. It's the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails, alfresco dinners, and dessert and coffee in the cool evening air.
The living spaces are modern and polished, including a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a window-lined dining area, and a living room with a TV for movie nights. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and complimentary WiFi are provided for your comfort as well.
