"Staff and housekeeping were very nice and very helpful. Thank you, only issue was we should have gotten a handicapped room as it was difficult to get in the shower for my almost 90 year old mom. Going forward I will make sure to reserve a handicap room. Thank you, Tami"

"Super happy with our recent stay! We truly appreciate that they’re pet-friendly all the while making sure the rooms our clean and smell free which is a huge plus both for our kitties’ experience and ourselves. Initially, we were given room 508 which didn’t feel fresh, had some hairs and cleanliness lacking with a strong scent in the room but we immediately went to see the front desk employee and they were wonderfully understanding and helpful, switched us over to room 516 which was super clean and fresh. Truly appreciated that level of care!"
