"The location off of 95 was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was basic and probably a 5/10. We had two rooms as there were 5 of us. We arranged in advance for them to be next to one another. Upon check-in they would only provide 1 room key for each room which I thought was odd."

"The staff were very friendly. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was small but well stocked with a variety of items. The staff replenished the food as needed. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the water in the shower was hot."

"Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. We loved the shuffleboard table on the second floor. My family enjoyed the chance to have fun downstairs and not go back to the room right away. There is one item that was a negative for us...hotel parking...valet parking at the hotel garage is not included on the bill. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay."

"Front desk guy wasn’t helpful at all he just took my deposit and gave me keys no other words. I had to ask what time is continental breakfast, where is the room located to eat exit, what time is checkout, and the hours of the pool. Not very informative for a first impression."
