Hot Springs Inn
8/10 Good
"I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the front desk staff. I politely asked if it would be possible to have a room on the second floor, and the front desk lady responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She told me, “You didn’t pay for it. For how much you paid, I cannot give you a second-floor room.” I was simply making a request, and I did not expect to be spoken to that way. I also used my Expedia points to book this stay, so the amount I paid should not be used as a reason to speak to a customer disrespectfully. I understand that room requests cannot always be guaranteed, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that. Management should address this kind of behavior and provide better customer-service training to the front desk staff."
Black Bear Manor
8/10 Good
"Staff was nice though must say a lot of people seemed confused. The instructions were a little long, honestly shorter more direct would work. Breakfast super nice and accommodating. Usual is gravy and biscuits with fruit fyi. Parking perfect. On side road by the river. Room clean and neat. Sometimes weird smells from bathroom."
The River's Edge Motel Lodge & Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The location is perfect! Convenient to main street but also very quiet and located next to the river. We enjoyed the outdoors hot tub with scenic views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains."

St. Elmo Hotel

"In typical mountain west fashion, the rooms lack AC, but other than that the decor and charm of the hotel are undeniable and the restaurant serves good food. Would definitely stay here again!"
