Loved this hotel! We had a rooftop room with our own hot tub and it was our little oasis. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve ever had at hotels. Would stay here again. It’s also in a great location - close to so many bars and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful from us arriving early or then check in. They made us feel welcome. They had great restaurant recommendations and also tips about sights to see. The room and property was clean. The breakfast buffet was a typical European style breakfast with some American flair. I would recommend two friends and I would stay again. Jordan, especially at the front desk was helpful as he was Maltese and gave us some great suggestions.

Breakfast was great lots of variety and staff very friendly. Front desk staff also very helpful upon check in. The room I was provided with was not as nice as the pictures online, possible not place in the newly renovated area of the hotel as mine was a little dated and worn but was clean. Location of hotel fantastic, near transport links, restaurants and cafes. Good budget stay for Malta

This beautiful hotel is in an amazing location within walking distance of so many shops, restaruants, the beach, and the ferry which can take you to other parts of the island. The staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! They gave us great ideas for places we should visit and eat at during our stay, and anything that we needed, they went above and beyond to accomodate for. The breakfast that was served every day was absolutely delicious...there were so many wonderful selections to choose from, and the pastries and egg omelettes were different every day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 stars if I could!

Jag o min tjejkompis trivdes såå bra. Från första mötet av personalen till det sista.. dom va så himla trevliga. Frukosten va över förväntan, inte överdrivet mycket att välja på men allt som fanns var gott o kul att testa. Rummen var jätte fräscha, bra ac och man kunde koppla upp sin mobil till tvn. Enda vi har att notera va att kylskåpet inte va så värst kallt. Men annars topp!

After misleading communication, hotel couldn't accommodate me as the room wasn't adequate. Reception confirmed they will issue a refund. Two days later they sent an email stating that there will be NO refund. Total SCAM!

Beautiful room, very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the whole room was extremely clean and tidy. Lovely staff, who were very helpful and greeted us warmly. No complaints whatsoever.

Las 2 primeras noches nos dieron una habitación de matrimonio y no una con 2 camas como habíamos pedido, luego nos cambiaron a una twin superior, muy grande y cómoda. El personal y el desayuno excelentes.

Hotel down a side street in Sliema short walk from the promenade. Only 10 minute walk from the various ferry terminals . Friendly staff and comfortable room , nice shower . Bit of noise from traffic down the side streets . Breakfast continental, so no hot food , was ok though. Room doors are a bit difficult to close and noisy at times . Overall 3 1/2 out of five for the location and friendly staff
