「It was the worse experience, the staff was so rude, did not help. The room was pretty clean, however nothing works. The toilet was not working well, it made a horrible noise that kept us up all night. Phone, did not work to call front desk. Staff was not too helpful either. Not a good stay.」

「my room was not cleaned even after i requested it when i asked the young man he said he could not do anything about it. he told me if i wanted clean towels i had to bring the dirty ones to him.. i called their 1-800 number and they talked to the young man and told him to bring me towels to bring to me and he didntl the customer service people assured me someone would get in touch with me and no one has. i feel like if i wanted a clean room i was going to have to do it myself.」
