Awesome stay.

Hotel was great, close enough to walk into the city. Only bad reviews are by Turkish people who think that the breakfast buffet is a takeaway. It's a great hotel I definitely recommend it.

We booked two “deluxe rooms with city views” around two months in advance and a couple of days before we arrived the hotel said they could not accommodate us and moved us to another hotel with the most basic rooms and no views. Do not stay here.

Merkeze çok uzak değildi, 20 dk çocukla yürüyebildik. Otel çok rahat. Odalar çok yeterli, konforlu. Klima sessiz , çok güzel çalışıyor. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki Rahman Bey çok yardımcıydı. Üsküp'e tekrar gelirsek, burada kalmak isteriz. Bölgesi çok nezih.

Helpful Staff!

I had some trouble with my stay however, the staff was quite helpful and issued me a partial refund for the inconveniences, they are a great team and if I were to stay in Skopje again, I would not hesitate to stay there!

Pieni ja rauhallinen, hyvän palvelun hotelli

Hotelli on melko uusi ja siisti, rauhallisella kadulla. Palvelu hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä, se vaihtui hieman päivittäin ja oli riittävän kattava. Huone oli isohko ja sänky laadukas. Kävellen pääsi keskustaan ja lähistöllä oli hyviä ravintoloita sekä paikallisbussipysäkki Matka Kanjoniin. Suosittelen!

Siisti pieni sviitti Skopjen laidalla

Sviitti, jossa yövyimme oli mukava, siisti ja hiljainen, viimeksi mainittu seikka oli erityisen hyvä asia. Hotellista on jonkun verran kävelymatkaa kaupungille, mikä ei sinänsä haitannut meitä. Keittövarustus oli vaatimaton: ei yhtään lusikkaa, haarukkaa tai veistä, vain kaksi kahvikuppia, pari pientä kattilaa ja vedenkeitin. Iso jääkaappi oli siisti ja tehokas. Jostain sivustolta saimme käsityksen että hotellissa olisi kuntosali tai jotain palveluja; niitä ei kuitenkaan ollut. Viereisessä talossa oli yksityinen kuntosali, johon saattoi mennä kuten kuka hyvänsä asiakas viiden euron tuntihintaan, mikä Pohjois-Makedonian hinnoissa oli kallista. Olisi myös tarvittu sisäkengät erikseen ja kuntosali jäi siksi kokonaan testaamatta.

Decepcionante trato y sospechoso anulacion de rese

que lastima es decepcionarte el trato que nos han dado en el hotel y todavía no entiendo el porque hicimos dos reservas en este hotel una de cuatro dias y otro de uno Al llegar desde España a las 1 de la madrugada nos dice que nos han enviado un correo (nos encontrábamos volando hacia Skopje) en el que nos dice que tenían problemas en el baño y que no podían darnos la habitación (curiosamente el día en el que la habitación mas cara) y a cambio nos ofrecían alojarnos en otro hotel de la misma categoría y que cuando llegamos a este hotel era de la misma categoría pero con peores servicios de los que habíamos contratado nosotros contratamos el apartahotel y nos ofrecieron una habitación con un pésimo mantenimiento las sabanas con agujeros y el sistema de aire acondicionado sonaba como si hubiera goteras dentro de la habitación, ante nuestras protestas nos dijeron que era así y que no podían hacer nada, en el comedor nos encontramos a otra pareja que curiosamente tuvieron el mismo problema al dia siguiente volvimos al hotel y ya estaba "arreglado" el problema sin ningun tipo de compensación por parte de este hotel ante este tipo de molestias e inconveniente El resto de nuestra estancia estuvo correcto Estando en Sofia y poco antes de coger el autobús para volver a Skopje, nos llaman de la centrel de reservas para informarnos que de nuevo este hotel ha tenido un problema y que cancelan la reserva en este hotel

Jag tänkte gardera mig lite eftersom jag reste själv denna gången så ett 4-stjärnigt hotell med bra recensioner måste ju vara bra tänkte jag men tyvärr har jag bara en medioker känsla efter min vistelse och är ganska besviken. + Nytt och fräscht + Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen - Det är väldigt lyhört och sängarna är stenhårda. - Jag hade "City view" vilket visade sig vara att kolla in i byggnaden jämte på 15 meters avstånd. - Frukosten är rätt mager minst sagt och allt är kallt, även det som inte skall vara kallt är kallt så det är på den nivån att jag tom skippade frukosten 2 gånger. - Jag blev ombedd att parkera om bilen 2 gånger av ägaren/chefen för att det skulle komma massa motorcyklar som skulle få plats och han var direkt otrevlig och arrogant. Känslan jag har är att det är ett fint skal som inte alls håller måttet på insidan så en enkel 3 är mitt betyg.
