「The room is lovely as reminder my partner old house and the bathroom is separate but private for the room number 4 only. It about 10-15 minutes walk it depend on your speed of walking. They will give you the key fob to access and it easy to use. Roger is a lovely man. 」

「There is no staff. I am from Japan. I did not take the phone number. But my daughter had the phone number so we could check-in. If you came here without the phone I would not recommend it. Also, I would recommend this hotel. It is quite far from the city if you would like to see Central.」

「清潔でシャワーの水圧、水温も問題ありませんでした。共用のキッチンも清潔に保たれており、必要な設備・器具・食器類も揃っています。 2歳の子どもを連れての滞在だったのですが、観光の途中で休憩に戻ることも出来る好立地です。管理されている男性の方が子どもにも優しく接して下さり、ヨークでの滞在が良い思い出となりました。」

「We had a lovely stay here. The staff were wonderful and accommating, gave us tips on places and restaurants to go to. Its only a short walk to the centre and to the riverside - extremely convenient. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and fresh bread each morning - 3 different kinds! Downsides - The walls were thin and on our last night we could hear the room next to us snoring. Also we had a problem with parking where all spaces were taken due to an event so we had to drive out of...

「オーナーご夫妻がとてもフレンドリーで、タオル交換が毎日あったのが良かった。ただ私の泊まった部屋は個別シャワートイレ付なのだが、部屋の外にあり不便だった。（他の部屋は各部屋の中にあるようだった）」

「Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. 」

「Fantastic couple of nights here, check in was easy, parking either straight out front or on the street around the corner. Bus stop just outside with an easy trip into town so we could have a drink with dinner and not worry about driving. Can touch on to the bus with a credit card. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order by the hosts and was excellent quality! Would stay again.」

「閑静な住宅街にあります。夫人が応対してくれましたが、非常に親切で丁寧でした。夕食のパブの予約をしてくれたり、タクシーも呼んでくれたりして。部屋も綺麗でしたし、ゆっくりできました。朝食がとても美味しくて喜んでいました。２泊したのですが、最後の日は出発が早く食事はシリアルとパンでしたが、親切だったのは本当です。また行きたい思いです。予約後丁寧にメールを送ってくださって、なおかつこちらのスケジュールを聞いてアドバイスをしてくれました。何度かメールのやり取りをしていました。」
