Outside there is front garden with lawn area, small rear paved garden, secure for dogs,furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4, a pub, and within 0.6 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Orby Cottage, a delightful base near the coast in Lincolnshire.

Chapel St Leonards boasts a good leisure centre, where families can hire motorboats, quad bikes, play crazy golf or simply go fishing. Each year, there is the Chapel Carnival Parade, which includes an array of creative floats and activities on the Village Green, complete with a fireworks display on the promenade. Fantasy Island Theme Park in Ingoldmells is just three miles away, and the vibrant larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worth visiting.
