In a peaceful rural setting just ¾ miles from the glorious sandy beach at Chapel St Leonards, these three beautiful, detached properties offer a superb base for holidays at any time of year. Commanding views over pastureland, adjacent to the owners’ small working farm, they boast a high quality of contemporary décor and each cottage enjoys a widescreen TV and a TV in every bedroom. The cottages enjoy their own gardens with a private hot tub. They have also been featured as ’The Editor’s Choice’ in the Country Lifestyle and Leisure magazine in 2017. Fantasy Island theme park is only 3 miles and the Sealife Centre at lively Skegness is 7 miles. Locally, there are nature reserves for bird and seal watching as well as opportunities for horse riding, cycling on quiet country lanes and coarse fishing nearby. Lincoln’s lovely medieval streets and designer shops, and the vintage emporiums of charming market towns in the Wolds are also easily accessible. Golf 5 miles. Shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways are under 1 mile.. All properties: Gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. What a fantastic place, comfortable and clean.A mile from the beach but yet set in a lovely countryside location. We loved the hot tub to unwind in the evening. Also got to feed the far animals every day.Hosts were so lovely. 10/10 from us  Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Excellent weekend spent at Mill Stone Cottage. The kids loved being so close to the animals and the cottage was very clean, tidy and very spacious. This cottage was absolutely perfect for our family get together. Sallie, the host, was so helpful and welcoming and the cottage was so well cared for and of the highest quality. It was the perfect location with animals all around you and amazing views of the country side with the beach only 1mile away. I am sure we will be returning to this amazing cottage!

An excellent cottage in a perfect peaceful setting. Our granddaughter loved feeding the pig every morning and we all enjoyed the hot tub every afternoon. The cakes and milk and bread on arrival were a bonus.

Lovely, peaceful location and clean, nice touch cake,bread,butter and flowers. A few issues where flies but what do you expect on a small working farm, a fan would of been good and also a spoon with no holes at all, for dishing a curry up. These are just very minor issues, all in all fab place and brillant owners.
