The Sea and Sand Penthouse is an elegant penthouse located on a semi-pedestrian street in the very centre of Sitges. All shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife are just a few metres away. You can even walk to the beach.

The penthouse has about 95 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is on the 4th and top floor of a building with an elevator.

The apartment has three air conditioning units, one located in the living room and two in the bedrooms. It also offers WiFi internet connection. Upon entering, the guest will find a bright and airy living room with a comfortable sofa, a plasma TV and a table with six chairs. Large sliding doors give access to a large covered terrace that offers beautiful views of Calle Sant Francesc and the rooftops of Sitges. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table with capacity for maximum 4 people.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is en suite. It has its own private bathroom with a hydromassage shower. There is a second bedroom, also with a double bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and a sofa bed. From this room there is access to a quiet rear terrace. We hope that guests will feel like part of the town and enjoy the exclusivity of this apartment in the heart of Sitges.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
