「素晴らしいアパートメントでした。 部屋も広く清潔感があり、とても良かったです。 アクセスは空港に迎えに来てもらいましたが、自分で行く場合も旧市街は重いトロリーケースを引いて歩くのでかなり大変ですがそれに見合った素晴らしい場所にあります。 部屋のエアコンが一台調子が悪かった以外は満点でした。」

「ローラーさんはとてもいい人でウェルカムフルーツを用意してくださったりスーパーおすすめレストラン(アジア人ほぼいない)、バス停など丁寧に教えてくれました。庭からの眺めもとてもいいです。部屋もとても綺麗で広いです！ シャワーは水圧はいいですが途中で冷たくなってしまいました。タンク式の湯沸かし器なのかもしれません。私は1人だったのでよかったですが2人以上だと続けて入ることは難しいかも。 旧市街から近いですが、徒歩何分というのはずっと階段を登っている時間です。旧市街入り口の道を渡ってすぐの階段からアパートメントまではずっと絶え間ない階段です。一度外出したら気軽に部屋に戻れません。スーツケースをもっていたらかなり難しいと思います。写真の階段(これが全部ではないです)すべて登ります。アパートメントは階段の途中にあります。 階段がなければとてもいい滞在場所です。」

「This place had everything I needed during my stay. The location is a little far from the city centre, but you should consider it an advantage. It’s close to local restaurants and less crowded beaches. it is located on a hill, so you’ll get a mini workout each time unless you uber it.」

「Very nice and clean apartment with good location in Dubrovnik. The service was very good and quick and easy access was a big plus when checking in. We booked with breakfast and got vouchers for a nice restaurant in the city. We strongly recommend this apartment.」

「想像以上に良かった点 全体的に部屋の雰囲気（インテリア）がシックで落ち着ける空間である点。 簡易キッチンだと思っていたら、IHの３個口やトースター、なべ、３種類の皿各４枚、ワイングラスにコップ、十分なカトラリーなどに加え、台所洗剤に清潔なキッチン用スポンジと驚きの充実度。レストランでの食事がクロアチアのほかの都市に比べて圧倒的に高いドゥブロヴニクでは、貴重な設備。 バスルームも広々としたスペースで、シャワーの水圧も文句なし。 残念に感じた点 比較的大きめの画面のテレビ（LG製）があったが、説明書がないため、前の利用者が設定した大きな音量を調節するのにとても時間がかかり、その間ほかのお客様に不快な思いをさせていないか、とてもハラハラした点。」

「Early checkout with no flexibility. Charged a fee of $8 US to store bags for 2 hours after checkout. Simple and basic space worked very well for our needs. Just outside gates of old town! 」

「This apartment is in an amazing location in the heart of Old Town, near the Marina. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we had no problem finding with the apartment with the Instructions given. The apartment was large, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would say the only negative was that the bathroom is small with limited counter space and the shower has a hand held shower head but there was plenty of hot water. 「Great little room in the heart of Dubrovnik. The location is in a quiet little lane just a few steps to everything you want to see in Dubrovnik. The room was small but had everything we could possibly need including a mini fridge, a coffee maker and hot water pot. Staff was very responsive to email and made sure we were able to get into our room without any issue. Keep in mind, if you rent the 1st floor apartment, the windows open right onto the street so there is zero privacy if you like...
