They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room and it ended up being on the top floor with two balconies. It was so kind and a nice add on for our first time in Singapore!

JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La
Had club Lounge access, nice friendly staff who remembered our names. Room was clean. Breakfast was good but cold in some areas. Air conditioning in breakfast restaurant could have been a bit warmer.
