Nice hotel good location

The hotel is located in the city center. It's very convenience to take the MRT or the bus. Cool and lovely place to stay. The staffs are also friendly.

This is my new favourite hotel in Singapore! The room is large and tasteful for such a big city at this 5* location. The neighbourhood is in great proximity to everything and the bars/restaurants downstairs are very good! The online system is easy to use even for left baggage. I could not recommend this hotel more highly, I will definitely be back. Thanks John and Kim for making everything seem absolutely easy!

Convenient Location

Hotel is right in the middle of Suntec and Bugis. convenient to travel around the city. walking distance to all the eateries stores. there is a lots pubs around the area and you can find cheap and new foods too... Will stay again when i come for my business trip...

Premium Loft Plus CB2.0 Heightened Experience

Choose the Loft Premium Plus; had asked before the difference between 2 category loft and it was due to window size and at that time the price was 100 difference per night which I did not felt worth due to the difference in window size. But manage to grab the Plus Loft when the price went down. Checked in was smooth with WhatsApp communications and host was absolutely lovely and friendly. All was settled in the room upon checked in. This was my 2nd Heritage Collection hotel I choose. 1st was in Chinatown. Love the concept in Seah, but had a couple of accidents on the bed due to height issues; keep knocking on the ceiling. Bedframe was slippery, it tend to go out of alignment and only 2 large pillows and 2 small pillows and they're very soft. They have a normal and high stool chair which was weird so I had to sit on the high stool while my friend was sitting on the normal chair for dining. Should least provide a good pair of normal chair and 1 high stool. They have shower rain and bidet spray..which is good. Hard to find bidet spray in hotels Singapore nowadays. The area is nice since near bugis and Arab street and bus stop to Vivo. Nice location and won't mind going for again.

Jarwin, our experience manager was superb and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend coming for a staycation to Heritage Collection on Seah and it'll be a bonus for Jarwin to be your experience manager!

The apartment manager Jarvin served us well. He accommodated to all our request, he is proactive in communicating the rules and regulation. He has also offered his service extensively. Great apartment, would come back again.

Great stay and lovely staff!

The apartment was clean, modern and nice; perfect for a 1 - 2 person stay. The staff (Ray and Cherry) were also very welcoming and helpful and the service couldn't have been better. Even though we arrived later than expected and had some issues with the deposit they were more than happy to help. The apartment was also in an ideal location, within walking distance to two MRTs as well as shopping centres and close to tourist attractions. There's also a kitchenette, a handy phone (with free, unlimited overseas calling) and an Apple TV with Netflix which made our stay all the more pleasant! Thanks for the great stay Ray and Cherry! Super happy with our stay at Heritage and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We booked 2 apartments for a 7-day stay, which was very satisfactory! Michelle, the girl in charge of our apartments, was really helpful and responsive, and efficient. The check-in was smooth, and the responses were quick for things to be settled, and the storage of luggage till 8 pm after check-out was very considerate.The handy phone provided was very very useful,and the location was perfect, easy access to all the interesting sites. All in all, our family had a very wonderful stay at Hirtage @ Cityhall. Thank Michelle, and the whole group!

My husband and I loved the location! It had easy access to several MRT lines & bus stops which were within walking distance and had lots of eateries nearby. The loft itself was cozy for 2 - equipped with wifi, basic amenities & utensils for light cooking. Would be great if there was a bit more living space, however the bedroom upstairs was equipped with AppleTV so it was definitely more than comfortable. Our host, Michelle, was really friendly and accommodating with our needs, thanks Michelle for taking care of us throughout our stay!
