"The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. I thought I would have at least had the Starbucks open since thats part of why I picked this hotel. "

"This property is clean and inviting. Front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always available with a smile during our 2 night stay. Breakfast service includes more options than most hotels. Good location with a SBUX, Aldi and other services nearby."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby was taped off with plastic and is a mess. It was loud. The workers started at 7:00 am. If you want to sleep in, don’t come to this hotel. This was not the three-day peaceful get-away that we imagined. We asked for a refund and were refused. Also, wine in the bar cost $20 a glass. Buyer beware, not a good experience. "

"Front desk person not there when we arrived to check in - waited 15 minutes. There was a person smoking outside the lobby and smoke would come into the lobby anytime someone would come in. Housekeeping walked into my room at 9:44am and again at 10:30am….check out is noon … Dont walk into someone’s room before they check out!! I waited 45 min for yogurt parfait that they said would be 15 min and then they were missing the almond butter that is supposed to come with it. Will not stay here again due to the poor service. The room itself was fine. "
