"We stayed in a garden studio and it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Decent little kitchenette. The fold out couch wasn’t very comfy - I think it would be fine for a smaller child. Beautiful setting and we really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful country views."
"Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again.
There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said that happens often and they were very helpful. Not sure if this is a Hotels.com issue or a host issue. Was not a big problem and sorted quickly but good to know."
"Clean room, wonderful host. It was fun staying in a tiny home and meeting the alpacas, but the view from the cabin was breathtakingly beautiful!!! We've traveled all over NZ the past 40 years, but this valley view is unsurpassed. Thank you!"
