"We usually have a good experience when we stay at the Holiday Inns, however this time was one of the worst. My young daughter and I were going to get ice and one of the housekeepers was sitting in one of the rooms vaping. This is not something I want my 12 year to see. Then our conditioner was not working, I sent my older daughter to ask for one and they brought a dryer. Then they thought it was the air conditioner. At all this I was waiting in the shower. Our safe wasn't working, when I went to the front desk to ask he said he was going to ask his manager, never heard back. I was needing to secure my laptop, when I went back to ask, he had forgotten about it. Just not the best experience."
