「Nothing Roon has ants in the bathroom, show water was scolding hot and loose shower head, toilet tank parts inside tank came apart which we had to fix, kids running for hours up and down the halls and slamming doors, TV playing all night next door, breakfast was awful and cold eggs. Very slippery bathroom including the shower to stand in and the floor was sticky. This entire hotel needs to be upgraded. Never again at this comfort inn. Big mistake and paid $1200 to stay that long. 🙁」

「The initial room we were assigned had dirty sheets but we were reassigned another room quickly. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes however the shady happenings surrounding the hotel were less than appeasing. There were people coming in and out of a window on the first floor, unsure if they were paying guests. Hotels guests sitting in cars or lawn chairs in the parking lot. Most times made it a little uncomfortable walking out at night.」

「I have stayed in similar motels but this one was the worst experience ever. Old smelly / dirty carpet welcomes you upon entering the room. The bathroom looked like one of and abandon country house with rusty faucet and shower handles, wobbling toilet seat in short disgusting to say the least. The only positive aspect was the clean linen.」

「When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . 「The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.」
